John Harman actually has been on the "injured" list for Bluegrass. Just when he signed up, he broke his scapula and is still looking at 4 more weeks before riding. John has been riding street/park for 7 years and will be rocking his Intense pro XL at his hometown Derby City Bmx track very soon again. He also plays football for OCHS when not riding Bmx.
Welcome to the team John!

Happy Late Birthday Shaggy!

The original wildman of bmx - Jimmy "Shaggy" Hunter - turned 14 yesterday on June 25!
Everybody needs to call up Jimmy and wish him a great birthday or send pizzas. "Shaggy" has been with Bluegrass Bicycle Bmx for quite some time and we wouldn't want it any other way. The Hunter clan can whip up some mean bmx racing between Jimmy, brother Jon, girlfriend Katrina and all coached on bythe Hunter's dad, Jim. Hope you had and are still having a great B-Day "Shaggy"!

Our Indy Rider is Down!

Actually, one of our Indy riders is down. 16 Novice Bluegrass Team rider Kody Rackley broke his collar bone this past weekend. Kody is a fairly new rider to the team and has shown some serious skill as well as a tenacious thirst for racing. We're proud to have the Indy pair of Kody and James Bisson in the Bluegrass Blue!
